Outline The DB-3545 allows real-time measurement and analysis of the jitter distribution in the eye patterns (transmission waveforms composed of overlapping of some kinds of waveforms) which is the reference of the transmission quality of CD players. This unit handles the jitters as frequency data with respect to time and has been designed for use in adjustments and inspection of optical pickups and servo systems of CD players. Featuring a 5-inch CRT‚ compact size‚ light weight‚ easy-to-use switch layout and the versatility for use in a wide variety of production departments‚ this CD jitter analyzer has been designed with emphasis on functionality. Features ●Real-time, continuous collection of 3T pit This unit collects the 3T pit rats continuously in almost real time, processes the collected data with the built-in computer, converts the results into graphic data and displays it on the built-in 5-inch CRT screen.
●Digital display for reduced operation mistakes Together with the jitter distribution display, the maximum point in the jitter distribution and the time of the screen center point are displayed digitally on the CRT so that mistakes in operation can be reduced.
●GO/NO-GO judgment The GO/NO-GO judgment on the distribution data is available by setting the GO/NO-GO values previously. The results are displayed in real time on the CRT together with the set standards so that they can be used effectively for inspection on production lines.
●Other features The concentrated display of measurement-related data on the CRT reduces the movement of the eyes during work and improves efficiency. The GP-IB interface is provided as standard so that this unit can be controlled and its measurement data can be read from a PC. This facilitates the centralized management of your system and enables superior processing and management of measured data.
